Welcome to The pinnacle. By accessing or using our website (www.thepinnaclestay.com) and booking our properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

• The Pinnacle  (“The Pinnacle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides Hotel and Lodging services through our website and other booking platforms.
• By making a reservation with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
 

 
2. Booking & Payments
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Guests are required to make full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
 

 
3. Cancellation & Refunds
• Guests may cancel their reservation up to 3 days before their scheduled arrival for a full refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date or in the case of no-shows.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2–3 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7 working days (subject to the bank/payment provider’s policies).

4. Check-in & Check-out
• Standard check-in and check-out times are mentioned on the listing page. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Valid government-issued identification is required before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
• Guests can cancel their reservation up to 3 days before their scheduled arrival to receive a full refund.

Refund

• The Pinnacle is not responsible for any delays caused by the guest’s bank or payment provider.
 
Important Notes
• No-shows will be considered cancellations made within 3 days of arrival and are not eligible for a refund.

  2. Foreign nationals: a valid passport and visa are required.
  3. Visitors are strictly prohibited 
  4. Check-in: After 1 PM 
  5. Check-out: Before 10 AM
  6. Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only near the car parking area.
  7. Please keep the place clean and use the space as if it were your own.
