• By making a reservation with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Booking & Payments
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Guests are required to make full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation & Refunds
• Guests may cancel their reservation up to 3 days before their scheduled arrival for a full refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date or in the case of no-shows.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2–3 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7 working days (subject to the bank/payment provider’s policies).
• Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed terms.
• We will take card authorization equivalent to 1 night's stay at the time of check-in as a hold. It will be released after check-out and room inspection.Please note it may take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account.

4. Check-in & Check-out
• Standard check-in and check-out times are mentioned on the listing page. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Valid government-issued identification is required before check-in.

5. Guest Responsibilities
By staying at The Pinnacle, guests agree to:
• Treat the property, furniture, and amenities with care.
• Abide by the maximum occupancy limits specified for the property.
• Refrain from causing disturbance to neighbors or engaging in illegal activities.
• Be liable for any damages caused during their stay.

• The Pinnacle is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
• While we strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate, The Pinnacle does not guarantee that descriptions, photographs, or amenities will be error-free.
• The Pinnacle shall not be held liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.

Cancellation Rules
Cancellation Policy
• Guests can cancel their reservation up to 3 days before their scheduled arrival to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund
• Once a cancellation request is received, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days.
• The refunded amount will be credited to the guest’s original payment method within 7 working days of processing, depending on the bank/payment provider.
• The Pinnacle - Electronic city, Bengaluru is not responsible for any delays caused by the guest’s bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
• No-shows will be considered cancellations made within 3 days of arrival and are not eligible for a refund.
• Any booking modifications (such as date changes) are subject to availability and The Pinnacle - Electronic city, Bengaluru approval.

House Rules
- ID proof of all guests must be shared before check-in (Aadhaar, driving licence, passport).
- Foreign nationals: a valid passport and visa are required.
- Visitors are strictly prohibited
- Check-in: After 1 PM
- Check-out: Before 10 AM
- Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only near the car parking area.
- Please keep the place clean and use the space as if it were your own.
- Be kind to your neighbours, other guests, and our staff members.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Additional charges apply.
